Testing of software, mobile applications, web-sites

Hereby, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 07.05.2021 99-3 «On the Protection of Personal Data» freely, by my will and in my interest, I give my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data to the Limited Liability Company «DimSoft» (OOP 391404694) registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus at: Belarus, Vitebsk, Str. 18th Gorodokskaya, 12 (hereinafter referred to as Operator).

Personal data — the basic and additional personal data of an individual, which are subject to registration in the population register in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as other data that allow the identification of such a person.

This consent has been issued by me for the processing of the following personal data:
— surname, first name, patronymic;
— contact phone number;
— email address.

Consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using and/or without means of automation: collection, systematization, stockpiling, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, anonymization, as well as implementation of any other actions provided for in the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus by manual and automated ways.

This consent is given to the Operator to process my personal data for the following purposes:
— affording me services/jobs;
— sending to me notices concerning services/works providing;
— preparation and sending replies to my requests;
— sending to my address information, including advertising, about events/goods/services/works of the Operator.

This consent is valid until it is revoked by sending an appropriate notification to the info@dreamsoft.by e-mail address.
